Well, I can't watch it, but apparently tonight is the debut of a new song written by Jonathan and Lucas in collaboration with Brian Reitzell, the music director for the show and a fairly prolific score composer.

The Shearwater Facebook page promised a streaming audio version soon. Looks like there will eventually be . If you record it before the stream is up, I'd love to hear it.

Edit: Kelsey Grammer really creeps me out these days. What a piece of work he turned out to be.

The construction of the track is very different and very good. I like the production. The melody and guitar is familiar, but not excessively so. The lyrics do rely on some old images, but what I can make out is pretty evocative.

I think it somewhat splits the difference between Arc and AJ Shearwater. I wouldn't at all mind something like this on the next album.
