Hi guys, it looks like I'm going to interview the band when they play in London next week.
Is there any questions you'd like me to ask? :)

Open Your Houses (Basilisk) features some pretty spiky lyrics very different from the rest of the album - and really anything Jonathan has written. ("So why did you turn away before the horn sounds over the dark terrain and the weapons of the enemy?")

I don't usually want to know what songs are "about", but I'm curious in a general way about where that song is coming from.

Also the parenthetic (Basilisk) with this song's title--subtitle? cross-reference? gloss? alternative?

And do I understand from fb that you are coming to TX? Thank you for the photos from the London show.

Thanks for uploading the link. We actually talked for almost half an hour. Jonathan was very nice and in an incredibly good mood!

And yes, Corvina, I visited a friend in Texas. Did you see that on Twitter?

I did.

Thank you very much indeed for your interview -- you've elicited more from JM I think than have many who had more than a half an hour. That's no doubt partly attributable to his good mood, but I suspect your own skills deserve credit as well.
