More up now, from Leeds / Glasgow.

If anyone's going to the Manchester show, please wake me up - I'll be the one with 2 SLRs, asleep in the corner.

no pics from Manchester. Some **** elbowed me out of the way and kicked my bag, shattering a lens. Which kinda put me in a rather bad mood. Don't ever remember Manchester crowds being so rude. So I left after DTB.

Decided not to go to London.

Changed my mind.

Doing day job right now. Will drive down later. Will be at Scala, with new lens, looking tired and grumpy and in serious need of my own bed.

Have they been playing Red Sea, Black Sea at any of these shows?

I NEED TO HEAR BANJO!

Good shots, sorry to hear about getting a lens damaged though.

I've stuck a couple of pics up on my blog too, I took some 'multiple exposures'.

Sorry - absolutely no banjo action whatsoever. Nor on the last tour when JM said, when queried as to its whereabouts: "The banjo wasn't speaking to me".

What I did note last night was that Jordan played the brass part for Snow Leopard on bottleneck guitar for a change

I remember going to see them and having them open with a one-two salvo of Moutain Laurel and Red Sea, Black Sea. But, alas! It is no more.

London pix now up. http://www.flickr.com/photos/kezontour/ ... 527654920/

Interview to be transcribed when I'm able to listen back without cringing.

I just want to thank the guys for an amazing 5 days, and apologise for what was probably the worst interview ever. After a marathon drive, and a sprint across London in the pouring rain, I turned up in the dressing room soaking wet, probably smelling kinda funky, with all my interview notes / questions left in the car, and my brain clearly left back in Manchester.

I want to particularly thank Kevin Schneider for being so unphotographable (and lord, I tried!) that I *almost* recreated the Polly Jean Harvey disaster of 2004!

So, I'm over in Canada right now, visiting family and friends. I ended up at yet another Shearwater show - with of my family!

I'm actually in Toronto right now, but not going to the show as it kinda looks like I'm stalking ... but seriously - the first 5 shows were for a project. The 6th? For fun :) The 7th... sitting it out, because... well, I don't wanna seem rude.

Thanks for the wonderful shows, and the travel and the fun and the delirium!
