Great reading material!

Scary to read about the slippery mountain roads, but I can't help but be a bit amused that the soundtrack to that ordeal was the Baptist Generals--they of the perpetual tour van troubles.

Sorry to hear your experience in Chico was not good. Those of us in attendance enjoyed it very much. Moxies is a very small coffee shop that does not accomidate large bands like Shearwater very well. Hopefully that won't discourge you from coming back again. I would love to see OR play Chico someday. Although the orchards surrounding Chico may not be very exciting, Chico is a great college town with many great things to offer. Come back soon!

I am not, for the record, anti-Chico. It was a beautiful half-rainy afternoon in town when we arrived and I liked the look and feel of the place, a relief after all that agriculture. Maybe we'll try again next time.

I'm sure it's been talked about somewhere on here. But I thought this was a lovely article:

Very nice article--Neumu is a great site that I never remember to read.
