11/15 @ middle east got moved to 11/16 because The Alarm (yes, that Alarm!) needed 11/15. 11/15 will likely be something else in the northeast.

the Alarm seem to always play at the middle east. it's not as big of a deal as it may sound. they must all live in boston or something.

Yay! And I guess my friends' bands are also on the bill, on the Chapel Hill show at least. Can't wait, it's going to be a rockin' good time.

Why can't Shearwater play with the Microphones up in Seattle too?
Sad day.

Oh well, I'll be there anyway.

Hey folks,

Here's a Shearwater tour update with a few more dates added. For those of you who've chimed in wanting Shearwater (or Okkervil River) to come play in your town -- give us some information! Let us know where the good clubs in your area are, or if there are good art space/coffee shop/non-traditional venues we might not know about. We'll definitely pass along the info to SW/OR's booking agents. Thanks!

they've been putting on some great shows lately. especially since they hired their new booking agent, spencer albee. i'm sure they'd welcome all the misra artists. new jersey is about a 5 or 6 hour drive to portland. better than pittsburgh. if you're not familiar, WMPG is the top portland college radio station. they're great and i could babble forever proving it. hit them up and i'd do what i could on my end to promo...

either way, i'll be @ the as220 show.

Ah, I don't know how I'm going to break it to my brother that the DC show is 21 and over. But, hey, what matters is that I'll be there.

Somehow.

Cannot wait.

Hi,

I am new here. I am from France and i love very much Shearwater. As you can see with my name 'therainbow' Ia m a big Talk Talk fan too.

I would like to know if this is possible to have a bootleg of this live again.

I have at home Palo Santo, Rooks cd and single (because of The Rainbow cover). I have ordered today The new album as cd and lp.

I would like to know to if this is possible to get a great live which includ The Rainbow.

Many thanks,

Emmanuel

Ici!

...wait I guess you have that already. Sorry, didn't understand the question.

http://www.mediafire.com/shearwaterlive

The first one may or may not contain "The Rainbow" - I forget at the moment.

Thanks Daylight. I have the single of Rooks with The Rainbow on b-side.

Thanks for the other links, I will download all files, I hope there is one live containing The Rainbow. If not it doen't matter.

One more question: where can I buy the earlier recording by Shearwater, before Matador ?

The Dissolving Room is available here:

Not sure about Everbody Makes Mistakes. Unfortunately you might have to either wait until the band comes back around, or check out eBay.
